Quartz surfacing is a blend of natural quartz and an adhesive resin. The two are combined to form solid sheets of material up to (1 1/4") thick. Unlike granite, quartz never needs sealing. The finished product is non-porous and more heat resistant than most materials (although caution should still be used when placing hot items on the surface). Any sink that can be placed in acrylic or granite can be placed in quartz. - Will not stain (non-porous)
- Very hard & durable
- Anti-bacterial
- Consistent color & sealant throughout
